Convert PDF to Word or cancel membership

I want to convert my pdf file to word. But I do not know how to do it even I paid Adobe, it seem complicated. I tried for 3 days. It drained my energy and time, and I still can not convert pdf to word. Then I want to cancel membership, they did not give an option. Please help me how to cancel membership? I do appreciate for your help. I do really do not know how? Thank you

      I need help and can not figure out how to contact Adobe.  I bought Adobe Acrobat XI software a couple of years ago and my computer got messed up that my Mcafee software would not work right.  The tech people told me I needed to reinstall windows to fix the problem.  I went ahead and reinstalled windows 8.1 and then updated to windows 10.  I am reinstalling all my software back on my computer and my Adobe Acrobat XI keeps saying it is now a trial version.  I put in my code for activation and still keeps it as trial version.  I never had any problems before this with Adobe and can not figure out why, so I am hoping someone can help me with this
