convert pdf to word or excell

hello. first of all, sorry for my english. i want to convert pdf to word, but i cant. i bought service PDF to Word but i cant find table on right side with export pdf. can be problem with pdf document or where is the problem please?

    What product version are you using?

    You can use the web interface to use the Adobe Export pdf service : http://cloud.acrobat.com/

    hello. im using adobe acrobat reader dc - slovak (15.009.20079). its actual version. your link doesnt work.

    Does this works for you?

    Moreover, In your Acrobat Reader DC interface, there must be tiny little button on the right hand side as shown in the following pic, You have to click it and sidebar will reopen and you will be able to see the export pdf option.
