Convert PPP Borrower Application to docx?

I decided to try it for myself, and it is a bit tricky, indeed. After you convert the file you have to move the cursor over the little light-blue pop-up window that appears at the right-hand side of the window, and there you'll see an icon to download the file (marked in red in the screenshot below). You can also click the file's name but then it will open it in the browser.

It should offer it to you as a download. However, why would you want to do that?

Also, you should ask the agency who created this file to add actual form fields to it. It would make filling it much easier, and processing the data in it much faster.
