Why do I only have an option to convert to word?

    Hi Doctor Thomas,

    After you've selected the PDF that you want to convert to PDF, you're given the option to choose what file type you want to convert it to. By default, Microsoft Word Document (.docx) is selected in the Export Format menu. But, if you click the down arrow at the right side of the Export Format box, you will see several other export formats, including Excel.
