Convert to PDF error

I bought convert PDF a few weeks ago and about 90% of the time I try to convert a PDF, no matter what the file is, an error message comes up and it does not covert for me. What is the problem here?

Hi Sarah,

How frustrating! Can you please tell me what the error message is, in full? Are you trying to convert via Adobe Reader, or through the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com?

Here is some basic troubleshooting to try first:

  • Clear the browser cache and try again.
  • Try a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
  • Make sure that there are no firewall or proxy settings that are limiting your access to the Internet.
  • If you're converting via Reader, try through the web interface.

Please let us know how that goes. If you're still having trouble, let us know what the error message is, and tell us more about the files you're converting (how large they are, how the PDFs were created, and so on).
