I am trying to convert PDF reports into an excel document.

The process is working but on some items the conversion will make the data a single row but in some cases it's a multiple values in a single cell.

Is there any way to control this?

Hi joec93877669,

Do you know how the PDF file was created? I ask, because the quality of the conversion is dependent on the quality of the original PDF file, and that can vary depending on what created the PDF. If the PDF isn't written to standard, then it might not contain the information needed to ensure a clean conversion. You can tell what created the PDF file by choosing File > Properties, and looking on the Description tab.

Sometimes, you can have better luck by disabling OCR as described in this document: How to disable Optical Character Recognition (O... | Adobe Community.

If you'd like me to take a look at the file, I would be happy to. Let me know, and I will send you a private message with my contact details.

Best,

Sara
