Converted PDF files to Excel and am unable to download both files

I have never had any issues in the past downloading files, however I am unable to at this time. I've tried logging out and back in as well as a firefox.

This is extremely frustrating.

    Hi goldenretriever2014,

    I can understand your frustration. Especially since it sounds like everything was working well until now. What happens when you try to download files? Do you receive an error?  Are you on Mac OS or Windows (and what version of the OS are you running)? Do you have the same problem with any file that you try do download?

    Let's try this for starters...

    In addition to logging out, please clear the browser cache, and then log back in. It sounds like you've already tried multiple browsers, but you may want to try another supported browser as well (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
