When converting a pdf to Excel via documentcloud.adobe.com chunks of data are merge/centred in single Excel cells, whilst other data in the same file gets its own line in Excel. Why? And how do I correct this?

The transfer from PDF to other formats is very tricky and depends on a lot of factors, mostly the quality of the original document.

Basically there's not much you can do about it, unless you have control over how the original file is created.
