Converting PDF drawings of a boat to a Word file only produced a BLACK screen. Can anyone please help me to resolve this issue?

So this is Adobe's solution to its Customer Service issues! Not very good is it? I could have downloaded some free PDF to Word converters but decided to do the right thing, pay the money and go to the source. So far it appears to be a big mistake. There really wasn't anyone at Adobe that I could reach so they threw me under the bus and out into the ether with all the rest of you poor people who are having problems. I'll see how well this PLEA for HELP works before I comment further. Graham 12:05 January 3, 2015.

Your explanation is not very clear: did you subscribe to the ExportPDF service?  Or did you use Acrobat?

I subscribed to ExportPDF service and I clicked in from the email link from Adobe and still had the same problem today; black screen no picture!

You're in the Adobe Reader user-2-user forum.  Adobe Reader cannot export PDF page content.

Be well...
