converting Pdf to word

I have Acrobat Professional XI Student and Teacher Edition and cannot convert files to Word or excel, it leads me to online sign up for additional money per month.  I don't feel I should have to pay online subscription for additional services when the description of the product says it exports to word.  Help

    Hi sarao36775627,

    Have you downloaded and installed Acrobat? Once you do, you can use the Save As command to save files in Word or Excel format (there's no need to use the Acrobat.com online service to convert when you have Acrobat).

    • To save in Word format, choose File > Save as Other > Microsoft Word > Word Document
    • To save in Excel format, choose File > Save as Other > Spreadsheet > Microsoft Excel Workbook.
