Converting pdf to word

I subscribed to the Adobe service that allows me to convert pdf files to word and have paid the first year's fee.  When i go into Adobe Acrobat.com  I'm asked to register all over again.  What have i missed or what am i doing wrong?

Did you tried signing in at Acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password ??
