Converting PDF to Word

I have purchased the plan for converting PDF to word but when I signed in I got the following message-- Reader doesn't have the ability to access this service. HELP?

    If you have purchased the ExportPDF online service, then please make sure that you have the most current version of Acrobat Reader. You can download it from this page: https://get.adobe.com/reader.

    I think you'd be much better off asking your question in the ExportPDF forum, Document Cloud PDF services. This is the Reader one.

    Hi ,

    Reader does not have the ability to convert PDF'.It seems you have downloaded Reader and signed in and trying to convert PDF and that is the reason you are experiencing this message.

    You would need the following service to export PDF' to Word.
