Converting pdf to Word

Hello - I purchased today the ability to convert Adobe into Word, but, alas, it will not. A note appears indicating an error stopped it, but it does not define the error or give me other options. Any suggestions?

    Thank you so much, Alec. However it is the pdf that I am not able to

    convert to Word - so rather than share the Word document with you, I think

    I would need to share the pdf. However, the message below states that Adobe

    Forums does not accept email attachments.

    I clicked on the link that took me to the forum, but do not know how to

    reply to your message from the forum page, nor how to embed the pdf image.

    Any suggestions? Many thanks for your help!

    Hi MotherMiriam,

    Is it with a particular pdf or any pdf you try to convert to word?

    You can either use Adobe Acrobat for the purpose or by using the Create pdf service to convert the pdf to word.

    Using Acrobat

    Please download 30 days Trial of adobe acrobat from below link : http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=acrobat_pro&loc=us

    Using Create pdf service

    Sign in to Export pdf with your Adobe ID : https://exportpdf.acrobat.com/SignIn.html

    Click on the 'Export from PDF' on the right hand side and then click on 'Select Files'

    Select the pdf you wish to convert.

    And then select the export options -

    Click on 'Export' to convert the file into desired word format.

    In case you face any issues try from a different browser and check.
