Converting PDF to Word

I have Adobe Export PDF and paid for it but when I click on Convert to Word Document it sends me back to the Adobe Payment page asking me to pay for it again? 

Please advise

    Thanks for the screenshot.

    I believe you are working on Adobe Reader DC desktop application? Did you try Sign Out and Sign In? If not, then you may try that once and see if that makes a difference.

    Also, please check it online via web browser https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and if this give the same message and redirects you to the buy now page, then please share the screenshot of both the pages as you did earlier.

    Hey Alans,

    Yes, we see that you have an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF. The services should be up and running fine for you.

    Could you please share the screenshot of the entire page (including url in address bar) when your Export PDF service takes you to the “Buy Now” page. Also try with the https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

    You can go through the link for how to attach screenshot on forum- https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

    or you can share it via email that has been shared with you in forum's private message.

    In a mean while, you may try to the following troubleshooting steps suggested below-

    1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

    Sign Out & Sign In once if you have already signed in.

    2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

    3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

    4- For detailed description of how to use the Export PDF service, you may refer to- Using Adobe Export PDF

    You may refer to the following link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
