I paid for the ability to convert my pdf document to a word document but it only converts the first 8 pages of what is a 20 page document. The entire document is the same format so there shouldn't be any extra difficulty with the remaining pages. Help!

We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. Try exporting the PDF file using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.
Does the PDF file contains only images? Is it a scanned PDF?
The record shows that the Adobe ExportPDF service is canceled and inactive. To check the current plan details, log in to Adobe.com>Manage Account>Plans and Products or refer to Account and membership help
