Converting PDF to Word - Circle of Death

Hi

In our workplace we are currently experiencing a issue where when we export a file using the Windows Desktop Application it is not converting everytime and we end up having a spinning circle.

Our IT Support Team have checked and there is nothing in our firewall stopping the conversion.

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused to you.

Could you please check the conversion via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  using a different web browser.

Have you also checked the same on different machines? If not then try the conversion on different machine and for testing purpose use a different network for a while.

Additional- if nothing works, then you may share your country, time (approx when it occurred) via private message.
