converting pdf to work - purchaced but not working

I have just purchased the Adobe Export PDF, Annual for £19ish - however when I go to convert my pdf file into a word doc. or powerpoint doc. it is taking me back to the sales page every time! can anyone tell me why it is not linking my recent purchase to my account and not letting me convert files? thanks
