    Hi laurenatayers,

Are you using "Convert to PDF" in Adobe Reader or in your browser at https://createpdf.acrobat.com web site?

Please do following to download your PDF files to your desktop:

    From Reader:

    1. Launch Reader

    2. Select "Tools" at right pane

    3. Select "Share Files" tab

    4. Click "Opne Acrobat.com File" link

    5. Login to Acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password

    6. Select PDF file that you like to download

    7. Click "Open Selected" button at the bottom (or double click the PDF file)

    8. The PDF file is opned in Reader

    9. Go to File >Save As then save the file to your desktop

    From https://createpdf.acrobat.com

    1. Login to https://createpf.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password

    2. Select "FILES" at top of the screen

    3. Select PDF file with check mark on at left side box to the PDF filename
