Could not Import Document

Receive error message ‘could not import document ‘ when using Adobe Fill & Sign on iPhone and Ipad with iOS 11. Have asked someone else to test and received same message.

      Hi Amandadvr,

      What you have explained above, might be a document specific issue. Have you checked with a different file?

      Or the form that you are trying to import in Adobe Fill & Sign that should be a PDF form and created using a PDF supported software eg. Adobe Acrobat or iBook.

      Or there must be some filed or type of format which is not supported by the app. Try a simple form and see if that gives the same message or not?

      I’m having the same issue. I have to say that the linked post was no help since the response was “maybe it’s a document specific issue?” and there was no further response.

        I know it's been a long time but did you manage to rectify the issue I am having the problem currently
