    Hi voitaneltg,

    I checked your account (same email address that you use here in the forums) and see that you have just one subscription to Adobe PDF Pack, which you paid for back on September 2. Is it possible that you signed up using a different email address, and that's why you may have two charges on your bank statement?

    It may be quickest for you to Contact Customer Care via chat. An agent should be able to get things sorted out for you rather quickly.
