coversion failure when trying to combine individual pdf's into 1 documnet why?

I am trying to combine several individual pdf's into 1 document and its saying conversion failure why is this happening?

Please ensure that you are signed up at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" with your Adobe ID credentials.

Let me know how many PDF files are you trying to combine and how.

Also, check if any of the file (s) have password security. (From File>Properties>Security)

If yes, leave them and try combining rest of the files and check if they combine fine.
