Covert to option not available even with current subscription

I have a current subscription to Adobe Export but I cannot convert files in Adobe reader - the "Convert to" option is greyed out? ANy ideas

Hi ,

Try to Sign Out from the Reader and then login again and check if it works.

Click on the arrow next to your name in the top right corner and click Sign Out .
