Covert Word to PDF and PDF to PDF

Hi,

i am using asp.net 4.0 C#

I have some requirement

1 ) Word to PDF Covert add Password and Water Mark.

2) PDF1 to PDF2 first Open PDF1 with Password and Covert to PDF2 Add new password and Watermark.
