Create Adobe PDF application saying trial expired despite subscription to PDF Pack

As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe PDFPack services as getting a  trial error, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe PDFPack on your Adobe ID.

You can use the services of Adobe PDFPack through the  online account, i.e. Sign in to Adobe Document Cloud at https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password.

If the free desktop version of Adobe Reader is installed, please sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password and can use the services of PDFPack.

You can install the reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
