Create Forms Online

Question

I'm trying to create a form with fillable fields. I can do it in the downloadable version of Acrobat DC Pro, but I cannot figure out how to do it using the online software. I can create a template, which looks the same as a form. But when I download the template, the fillable fields don't come with it. I can send the template to someone to fill out.
What I really need is a fillable PDF form though and I can't figure out a way to do it on line. I don't need signatures.

Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked that you are subscribed to the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC that includes the Adobe Sign individual plan.

The template that you create online is for Adobe Sign. It works only when you send a document for signature. If you download that as PDF, the fields will not work. However, you can add the form field in the Acrobat Pro DC desktop application.
