Question

Create multi-page form

Any suggestions to keep my form flowing onto the next page?  I've been creating mulit page PDF forms without issue for weeks, but today it seems the PDF will not continue past the first page. There is a hard stop at the bottom of the page and the scrollbar is at the bottom.  I've tried zooming out and making sure no text boxes might be extending beyond the page. It's as if there is a page break, but there is nothing to remove.  Thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry about the trouble.

Could you please let us know the Adobe application you are using to create the PDF forms and share the steps you do?

It would be helpful if you can share a screenshot or s small video showing what exactly happens. It will help us to understand the issue better.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi,

Thank you for your response.

1. I think I may have solved part of the problem with this form-last time
I cut and pasted Word document formatted text into a new PDF. This time I
edited my form in Word, did a Save as PDF and opened in Adobe and at least
I can finish the form!

2. But my other problem has been with check boxes. How to format in
properties to achieve each of the below scenarios:

A. I can check off as few or as many answers as applicable and each box
selected will stay checkmarked
B. I can only choose one answer.

Same for radio boxes.

If I could figure this out, I will be good to go. I've spent a lot of time
searching, just couldn't figure it out.

Many thanks, I look forward to hearing back.

Best,
Ginny

This is not possible with the Acrobat Online Services.
