Created a fillable form on adobe dc but when sending from mobile app it’s no longer fillable

hello,

I have created a fillable pdf form on the desktop using adobe dc and have paid for the subscription. When I send the pdf out to be signed from the desktop it goes theu perfectly gets signed and returned no problems. Now when I attempt to do the same task from the mobile version of adobe with the same document on the cloud it gets sent missing all the pre made fillable areas.

Could you please let us know how you send the mobile application documents?

Are you using the Adobe Sign mobile application on the device, or are you using the Share PDF options?

Would you mind sharing the PDF form you created and sharing the steps you do to send it via the mobile device?
