creating a distribution list for a signed webform

I created a webform that requires a signature and I created a shareable link and QR link to distribute publicly. Upon signing the form, it reaches my Adobe Sign account and is shown as completed. As the author, I get an email from Acrobat that the form has been signed.

Is there a way for the completed and signed form to be sent to a distribution list and not just me?

Thank you,

Tim

Hi Tim Kruggel,

Thank you for reaching out.

When sending the document for signature, you may add the email addresses in the CC field. The signed copy will be received by those accounts as well. Please refer to the information in the following help document to add CC: https://adobe.ly/3Io1nYB

You may also add the email address to the external archive in Account settings. Please refer to the steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3Io1nYB

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
