Creating a web form, but would like to hide the email address

Dear Adobe,

I have successfully created a web form using Adobe PDF Pro and have tested it. Once a person fills out the form and it is submitted, an email is sent to them for verification. Upon verification, they receive a copy of the filled-out form.

However, we would like to inquire if there is an option to hide the information of the form creator and the CC email address that appears on the right side of the form.

    To confirm, please share the screenshot of the email addresses you are referring to.

    Also, do you wish it to be removed for the signers receiving the final document?

    There is an option to remove the email notification of the completed document for the signer. However, the feature is available with Acrobat Sign Enterprise level pan.
