Credit Card details expired. Unable to change.

My subscription has expired. I still can log in but it wont let me register the new credit card details

Hi kenmir,

What happens when you enter your new credit card details? Are you getting an error? Or does the new number not save?

Please try clearing the browser cache, or trying a different browser. If that fails, you may need to Contact Customer Care.
