I tried to uninstall my Adobe products and reinstall them and now nothing works. I get a message that a patch can not be found when I tried to reinstall.

    Hi dakotajim,

    You will need to provide some additional information :

    - Adobe product and version number

    - Operating system and version number

    - The full text of any error message(s)

    - Screenshots of the problem

    - Compuer hardware, such as CPU;GPU;amount of RAM etc

    - Reinstalling via disk or download
