data entry sheet separate from fillable pdf documents

I have a data sheet that I want to keep separate from a set of fillable pdf documents. The documents will be sent using docusign and I do not want to include the data sheet. Is there any way to do this other than deleting the data page?

    All pages of a fillable PDF distributed through Formscentral will be displayed to the filler. If there is content you don't want them to see you will need to delete it before importing to Formscentral. I am not sure I understand the part of your workflow that includes Docusign, so if I haven't answered your Formscentral question please provide more details about what you are trying to do in Docusign.

    Sorry for any confusion I may have caused, I thought I was in the Formscentral forum  and not the FillAndSign forum. So I am lost as to the workflow you are trying to accomplish. Can you please elaborate?
