DC on iPhone freezes

A couple of days ago my DC on my iPhone started to freeze for a minute or so while trying to fill documents.  It happens every time and when it unfreezes it doesn't save any of the changes made before the freeze.  I need a fix for this ASAP- Help!  This is killing my team in the field.

    I also have use the Adobe Sign App. That is the best if you are using Adobe Sign regularly.

    We dont ever have signatures- so we dont use the "sign" part.  We use the fill to populate the fields of the form.  Then when we are done we email a copy to our clients.  So, you think we should use the Adobe Fill and Sign App and NOT Acrobat?

     

    Wil we be able to access our files in Document Cloud easily through the Fill and Sign App?

    You can try the suggestion given by expert above. Use Adobe Fill & Sign app and see if that fulfills your requirement.

    Yes, files uploaded to Document Cloud are accessible through any mobile or desktop app as well as DC web interface. https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/

    I have used the Adobe Fill and Sign app. It has worked for me under iPadOS 13.0.x (cannot remember which), but it was tied in to my Adobe Sign account and worked with no issue.

    What version of iOS? Did this happen after a system update? What application or you using when you get the freeze?

    Im using the Acrobat Reader App on my iPhone with ios version 13.1.3.  Yes, this problem seems to have shown up after an ios update.  We are relatively new to this but this is how we use it:

    1.  We originally scanned a paper form service report into Acrobat and customized that form to each client- what we do is "fill & sign" each new report generated within Document Cloud.  Essentially we have regular filled in fields and then we modify the date, other data in the fields, and comments.  So we go into files in Document Cloud and "duplicate" the previous report, then we "rename" it to the current date report, open it and use "fill and sign" to populate the fields.

     

    It freezes up every time in the "fill and sign" part and it does not save any of the changes done before the freeze up.

     

    Any help you can offer would be a great help as Adobe customer service is non-existent.
