DC Pro will not save scanned documents

I am unable to save scanned documents. I also cannot scan both sides of my documents. It's probably a compatibility problem, however, I'm stuck with DC PRO because I'm committed to a one year subscription.

    What happens when you try to save scanned document?

    I get a pop up screen asking me where I want to save my document. I select a folder from “my computer” and the screen disappears without saving.

    I downloaded the desktop creative cloud and it allows me to save files there.

    It won’t let me scan two sided documents either.
