DC saving error

Hi,

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, sometimes when I'm trying to save to the Adobe document cloud, I'm getting "can't access to server" and cant save the file. Why??

I'm losing alot of hard work.

Hi Dr.Valoxib‌,

Open Acrobat Reader DC, Sign Out & Sing In again using your Adobe ID.

Now try to replicate the issue.

Let me know if the issue persist.

What about the changes that i made (highlights, notes,etc..), Will I lose them if I sign out since it's a cloud pdf ???

I will recommend you to Save the file on the local hard disk first so that the changes are saved.

Later, you can sign out & sign in to test if you are able to save the file on document cloud or not.
