Dear Sir/Madam

I work for a legal company, we use pdf daily.

We have an issue with large pdf's (80pgs+). Sometimes we have to scan documents that are over 100 pages long and they end up too large to send via email or even just save on a hard drive.

Also on daily basis, we receive pdf's from official offices, some that are 180pgs+ but have noticed that for some reason the file sizes are not too large (and the quality of the document is intact). We cannot help but wonder whether there is a certain tool to achieve such compression to allow the file to generally maintain quality but decrease size greater than half.

    There are two option :-

    Either you optimize the PDF files or you can split the PDF files.

    Optimizing the PDF files may loose some  quality, depending on the lever of optimization.

    You will require Acrobat application Download Adobe Acrobat free trial | Acrobat Pro DC in order to perform any of the two operations.
