I'm cleaning up my password database. I don't know how or why I have this account. I don't need it and want to shut it down.

Support forums direct me to a chat, which doesn't work....and the 800 number sent me through call-processing hell only to tell me that "support is not available for this".

PLEASE HELP ME DELETE MY formscentral account.

I may have gotten some help from Adobe's Twitter team. Their responses were clunky and even offensive, but they said they opened a ticket to have the account deleted.

What a train wreck..... just offer an option to delete the account....
