Hello, its more than difficult to get support (> simple answers to a simple questions from a customer). Me, I am a german and I cant talk 
to no Adobe service in my country. A simple formular to fill and send would be easier (if its easy to find). So here is my question:
I would like to test the Adobe PDF Pack before buying. Is this possible?
(I would be glad to optain an email-adress for a dialogue in german.)

Adobe PDF Pack is a part of "Document Cloud Services" which is an online service. There isn't any trial version of online services that Adobe offers, so PDF Pack can not be tested as a trial. How to Use Adobe PDF Pack
However, you can use the 7-days trial of Adobe Acrobat DC desktop application and get the conversion done.
