desktop app does not work

I have purchased a subscription for adobe acrobat pro and it worked for a day then stopped working. I have been trying to work off of the chrome app but it gives me problems when trying to combine files. So frustrating that im paying for a service that doesnt even work. This has happened in the past as well and I decided to unsubscribe. I needed to use adobe again so i tried giving it another shot but its still not working. Whenever i try to use the desktop app it tells me the tools are not in my subscription.

First: It would be helpfull to know your OS and version. It would also be helpful to know your Acrobat version installed on your computer (Help->About)..

 

You can check you subscription at https://account.adobe.com.

 

Acrobat Pro has all the tools enabled, so chances are that you do not have subscribed to Acrobat Pro. 

 

BTW: did you subscribe via the Adobe site? There exist unserious vendors who sell bugged Adobe subscriptions that do not work, or work only a short time. That could be a possibilty, too.
