I am no longer able to log into acrobat.com to retrieve and load pdfs. to my adobe reader app.  I can see my account on my iPad; however, cannot get to the account from my desktop.

    Hi JCalmobile,

    How odd! No, nothing has changed that would've affected your ability to access your account. What happens when you try to log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com from your desktop? Do you get an error?

    Please clear the browser cache, and try again. If that doesn't work, try logging in from a different browser. This document lists the web browsers that Acrobat.com supports: System requirements | Acrobat.com

    Sarah,

    I can log in from my iPad. I tried from my desktop with Chrome and IE 9. Additionally I tried to login from a separate virtual machine I have access to from my desktop. I even cleared the cash in IE9 and tried again. I keep getting the attached error. Sometimes it comes up when trying to access the acrobat.com login from the website and sometimes I get to try and login but it shows up while processing my login credentials.
