I didn't put passwords on my documents, but now when opening them they ask for a password. How to remove this command and what password would that be? Is there a default password?

I use Adobre Acrobat Web

This is happening when I try to open files I downloaded.

Help I cannot open my SAR app I have on desk top after I downloaded Acrobat Reader file from the DAR site.

I have changed my password several times and it says that it is still wrong.  Help! I need to get into this file and do some work.

Hi Thais27280775p0fv,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please let us know if these files are Acrobat Sign files. Do you experience this behavior with all the files you are trying to download? Are you able to open those files on the Acrobat Online account?

Please share more information so we can provide you with the correct information.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Good morning, the documents were created in Word, saved in PDF and uploaded to Adobe Acrobat Web for signatures. After signed, I download the files. If I try to open it outside of Adobe web it asks me for a password (which I never entered). Is there a default password? Before, I used to open previous files saved on my machine normally, and now they ask for a password.
