Hi, I can't find my password to add a digital ID to my Adobe document.

What password is it that you're looking for? Is it the password that's been applied to a PDF file? If so, Adobe can't help you retrieve that.

Thanks, it is the password to the Adobe file. I'm getting the error message 'Could not open digital ID file with the password provided. Try again.'
