Digital Signature feature not working

Using Acrobat 10.1.12, the document sign feature is grayed-out.  I have digitally signed countless documents using this feature.  Any suggestions?

    Hi robert22atx,

    Is this particular PDF secured? You can tell by checking the title bar. If you see SECURED in the title, that would explain why the the signing options are grayed out.

    Were you able to sign your PDF? Is the problem specific to one PDF or are you having trouble with others?

    I am not able to sign any pdf documents.

    I used to be able to do this until a recent update.
