Digital signiture

Question

Hi everyone,

I have been strugguling to digitaly sign a PDF document using a Cloud Digital Certificate. Everything worked just fine a month ago. I tried signing the doc on two diffrent laptops but eighter nothing happens after I select the signiture and I click on sign or I get a message saying that some features do not work as expected.

I would appreaciate your suggestions.

I know Adobe made changes to PDF Services around that time. This documentation was also updated 4/5. It might be they have changed something about the certificate. Just a guess but here is the documentation:
