Can someone help me please. With regards to your recent upgrade to the DC version I have lost all my content that was not stored in Recent. Years of work and information lost. Is there anyway to retrieve this? If I had know this would have happened I would have used a dropbox.  Help please.

    Hi lesleyp717,

Your files should not have disappeared. What do you see when you're logged on to https://cloud.acrobat.com and click Files? Do you see your files listed when you click Document Cloud on the left navigation? It could be that they're no longer on the Recent File list, but they shouldn't have disappeared.

Please let us know what you discover.

    Best,

    Sara

    Hello Sara,

Does it usually take a very long time to get on to the link that you shared with me? It is taking forever,  I will keep at it. I really appreciate your timely response and stand in hope that the files are there. Will contact  you when I get in.

    Hi Hi lesleyp717,

No, it shouldn't take very long to load. I just tried it myself to make sure that everything was OK on our end. You may want to clear your browser cache and try again, or log in using a different browser.
