Do I have to install Adobe Acrobat Pro to edit PDF files?

I am subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack.

I want the ability to drag and drop to insert, delete, and arrange pages. So it appears I need Adobe Acrobat Pro. Is that correct?

If I upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Pro, do I have to install anything on my PC? Or can I simply drag and drop to insert, delete, and arrange pages online (in my browser) using the same login I use now for Adobe PDF Pack?

I don't want to install anything. Hence my question.

Yes, You would need Adobe Acrobat Pro to insert, delete, arrange pages.

Yes, You would need to Instal the Acrobat software on your pc as Acrobat software won't work with your browser.
