dobe acrobat pro 2020. No Response Problem

I am using Adobe acrobat 2020.

Currently, no response error persists even if a small file is opened.

I can't work on PDF due to an error.

I tried many things, including reinstalling the program, updating the program, and changing the security settings, but the problem was not solved.

Is there anything else I can try?

Share the Acrobat 2020 ad OS version number on the machine.

Did you make any recent changes after which the issue started?
