Document Cloud doesn't synchronizes with my account on my phone

when I save one document in document cloud from the Acrobat DC, It doesn't synchronizes with my account on my phone but with Adobe reader, it synchronizes. I would like to have it synchronized with the AcrobatDC. It's possible?
