Document Cloud down? Convert PDF to Excel/XLSX file

Hello,

This afternoon I was advised I can use Adobe's free online tool that converts PDF files to Excel/XLSX files

I created a free account, activated it, but receive error in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome when directed to https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ from login page
"Something went wrong
We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later."

Per https://status.adobe.com/ there was some maintenance yesterday on Document Cloud and PDF services, but it shows green and no issues today.

Isn't this a free tool that doesn't require any licensing?

I've tried in numerous browsers and had a colleague try, but experienced the same.
