Document cloud fail

It is embarrassing that the cloud Adobe has encouraged us to use to share with clients seems to be down so often. I educate my clients to expect a link instead of a file to markup but seem to have to send a file weekly because of Urgent Maintanence, Potential Issue, etc...

Please for insane montly cost of Creative Cloud make this feature reliable.
